Hello, I'm Caroline Starecky.
I’m Caroline, founder of Leap Lab, a strategy, innovation and business coaching advisory created for entrepreneurs who are serious about building businesses. I'm a business strategist, certified business coach and serial entrepreneur.
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve built, scaled and exited multiple businesses across Canada and Australia, from a toy company and production business to recruitment, corporate training, innovation and tech coaching, management consulting and an advertising agency. Every chapter taught me something new about growth, leadership, and what it really takes to build something sustainable.
Leap Lab is my seventh business, and it exists for a very intentional reason: to help women stop guessing, stop spinning, and start growing with clarity and confidence. I’ve coached hundreds of female entrepreneurs, particularly in service-based and creative industries, and what I see time and again is this: smart women don’t need more information… they need sharper direction, grounded strategy, and a space that supports real momentum.
Alongside my private clients, I’m also a mentor and coach across several start-up programs including Regional Female Founders, Start-Up BNE, Tech Ready Women and UQ Ventures because I care deeply about shaping not just businesses, but the next generation of women leaders.
With a Master’s degree in business strategy and marketing, and a background spanning entrepreneurship, brand, sales, teaching and strategy at university, my work today sits at the intersection of clarity, growth and freedom.
